Full Rails

*** We are now offering some of our full length frame rails to shops and fabricators. Our “wrinkle free” mandrel bent full frame rails are perfect for the do-it-yourselfer too. Even though in most cases we use two piece rails …(because of using big tires in the rear)… there are times when a one piece rail is applicable. They are perfect for a “starting platform” and can add value to your project! *** Features: rails are “one piece”… (not cut and welded) rails. They incorporate our “No Wrinkle Technology” and made from 2″x4″x11ga box steel. These are the same rails that we use for some of our chassis. They are sold in pairs. “Perimeter” rails are sold in pairs of right and left. *** NOTE: Our frame rails are used by SEMA cars builders and top fabricators. They have also been used by builders around the world. *** Custom 2x3x11ga rails are also available upon order.

*** ’27-’31 Chevy sedan ** These mandrel bent 2×4 rails are made in the same shape as the originals. All you have to do is cut them to length and weld on the front and rear frame horns (not included with rails). These rails are extra long and will work for both the shorter ’27 rails and the longer ’31 rails (below)……$849.75 pr

*** ’55-’57 Chevy Belair ** These rails are “perimeter” in design and made from 2x4x11ga box steel and are basically the same shape as the originals. These are the same rails we use for some of our ’55-’57 Chevys. They are configured for either 56″ or 58″ hub to hub widths using Mustang II spindle type suspensions in front.
